Two night minimum.
All rates subject to Arkansas sales tax.
50% of full amount required to hold reservation.
In the event of cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival date.
            payment will be refunded less 15%.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
          deposit will be forfeited unless dates can be rebooked.
          Exceptions made at our discretion.
No refunds or cancellations on holidays or 3 days before/after.
Check in 3:00 PM Check out 12:00 PM.
Local telephone calls and internet connection available for guest's use. For long           distance a calling card is needed. Cell phones do not work in our remote area.
Late arrivals, early departures will be charged for the fully reserved stay.
There may be other arrangements regarding cancellation times and
          advance payment, and cleaning deposits required for larger groups
          and for groups with small children.
